More Information about Cary Hill

  • Tents and comfort trailers must be rented from approved rental company. Tents over 30’x30′ require a permit.
  • Maximum occupancy on property is 150 guests.
  • 8 hour event rental time includes set up and clean up.  A fee of $250/hour is added to your bill after 8-hours.
  • Arrangements for equipment rentals (tent, tables, chairs) to be delivered, set up, picked up, and other deliveries such as flowers, decorations and caterers, must be approved by Cary Hill event coordinator. We are happy to provide you with our Preferred Vendor List.
  • We can also provide these services for you turn-key, and are happy to provide an estimate. These service fees will be added to your Cary Hill venue rental pricing.
  • Personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks accepted.
  • Property is equipped with automatic generator so power to your event will not be interrupted.
  • ABC license to be obtained by renter, if required.
  • More than 35 cars will require a Parking Attendant and an additional fee will be added to your bill for the event.
